In 2014 my wife started a wholesale baking business called FoodieFolk. She started by supplying fresh pastries daily to our friends at Ironsmith Coffee Roasters and grew quickly to include other shops all over San Diego. It grew so quickly in fact that I accidentally wound up sous chef.
FoodieFolk now serves over a dozen locations throughout San Diego with no sign of stopping.
